On Thursday, July 15, 2010, David M. Armstrong passed away at his home in California. Everyone within the extended Armstrong family mourns the loss of our husband, father, son, brother, friend and leader.

We all know David had a strong faith in God and we celebrate that he is now with our Lord.

WASHINGTON, DC – Former Speaker of the House and General Chairman of American Solutions, Newt Gingrich, recently honored Mr. David Armstrong, President and CEO of Armstrong International, Inc., as American Solutions’ “Outstanding Business Leader” for 2009 representing the State of Michigan.

“While Washington politicians are busy pushing for job-killing health care and energy taxes, it’s important that successful businessmen like David are recognized for doing what it takes to create jobs,” cited Gingrich. “America has blown past 10% unemployment, and creating new jobs is necessary for economic recovery. Unlike Washington, business leaders like Mr. Armstrong realize that America does not work if Americans are not working.
